Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase wine and other alcoholic beverages containing more than 6% alcohol by volume from Simply Grapes.

We reserve the right to verify your age before completing a sale, in accordance with Danish legislation.

When using our website or placing an order, you may be required to provide certain information, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and payment details.

You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to another person.

We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs and information are accurate.

However, product appearance, labels, bottle designs and colours may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.

Wine is a natural product, and minor variations between bottles and vintages may occur.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, availability and product information without prior notice.

We may discontinue products or limit the quantities available for purchase.

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution, replacement or refund.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Section 3 – Orders

By placing an order through our website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order becomes binding in accordance with applicable Danish contract law and the information provided during checkout and in our order confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders where there is a legitimate reason, including:

• Products being unavailable.

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

• Suspected fraudulent transactions.

• Failure to meet applicable age requirements.

• Obvious pricing or technical errors.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Any payment collected for products that cannot be supplied will be refunded.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Purchases made through our online store are intended for private consumers. Commercial customers should contact us directly regarding wholesale purchases.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer legislation.

Section 4 – Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on simplygrapes.dk are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT (25%) and applicable taxes and duties, unless otherwise clearly stated.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when you complete your purchase, subject to applicable law concerning obvious errors.

Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered in our physical shop or through other sales channels.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including supported payment cards and MobilePay where available.

Payment will be handled in accordance with the conditions displayed at checkout and applicable Danish payment legislation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Section 5 – Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Denmark using GLS and PostNord.

Available delivery methods and prices are displayed at checkout.

Our standard shipping rates are:

• Pickup point or parcel locker: 49 DKK

• Home delivery: 79 DKK

• Free shipping on orders of 1,200 DKK or more

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery address and carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive relevant shipping information and tracking details where available.

We are responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered in accordance with applicable Danish consumer legislation.

The risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

However, any purchases and sales you make in our store are made directly with Simply Grapes.
