Exposition: south Vines planted: 1950s to 1970s Vine density: 10k vines/hectare Pruning: gobelet Viticulture: certified organic since 2023 Harvest date: Sept 12 Total # bottles: 585 x 750ml Nathalie is the vigneronne. “Sans Souci” means “without worries” in French, which describes how the Fleurie fermentation went in 2023 and happy to report, 2024 as well. Some grapes/plots/vintages pose less worries during fermentation and it is always a dream when this happens :)
