This wine, like life itself, is momentary, fleeting, and quietly luminious — a reflection of komorebi: the gentle light that filters through the trees, ephemeral yet unforgettable. Many of my favorite wines are like this: Michel Grisard’s mondeuse or the wines of Jacques Maillet.
